I led teams in business and social fields oriented towards the professionalization of management, working together with different executive levels of organizations and companies.
I have been an entrepreneur in a family company, which gave me an understanding of the main conflicts and resistance faced by organizations through experimentation. With the intention of accompanying the internal management transformation, I bring together a team according to specific management problems, we diagnose, propose solutions, and implement changes in small- and medium- sized businesses and national and international NGOs.
